Title: Chocolate Mayonaise Cake and Frosting

2	c	Cake flour
1 1/4	c	Sugar
1/2	ts	Soda
1	c	Water
1/4	c	Mayonaise
1	ts	Vanilla
1/2	ts	Salt
1	ts	Baking powder
1/3	c	Cocoa (Hershey) -Frosting--
4	oz	Cream cheese
1/2		Block butter
2	tb	Cream or milk
1	ts	Vanilla
1/2		Box powdered sugar
3	tb	Cocoa OR 2 squares

Sift dry ingredients together two times. Mix water, mayonaise and vanilla together, then add to dry ingredients. Beat 3 minutes. Pour into wax paper lined pan and bake 30minutes at 350 degrees. Frosting: Cream together chees, butter, milk and vanilla. Add 1/2 box of powdered sugar and chocolate. Mona Voeller
